- Having challenging conversations over long dinners with a friend or few, in a resto that gives you recommendations about what great food and wine to try.
- Heading out for a night on the town that involved multiple restaurants and/or bars...impromptu resto/bar crawls!
I won't pretend to be a writer, or food or wine critic...but I do love spending time with friends exploring new restaurants, trying new recipes and wines, and helping to find the perfect spot for a perfect evening.
I hope that Relish & Quaff will help you find the perfect spot for the combination of food and drink that you are looking for. I'm still experimenting, and continuously travelling to new places and cities, so the list varies in location from Paris, to Toronto, to New York to Calgary...but I will keep my posts to places that I have tried and will recommend, no point wasting time on the ones that don't make the cut.
